Ingredients
- 8 oz. Dairy-Free Chocolate (Chips or Chopped Bar)
- 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp embē Coconut Milk Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Add chocolate pieces to a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring between intervals until all chocolate has melted.
- Add embē Coconut Milk Powder and salt to bowl. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into freezer-safe mold.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
- Once set, remove from mold and enjoy!
