Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Dairy-Free Chocolate (Chips or Chopped Bar)
  • 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp embē Coconut Milk Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Add chocolate pieces to a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring between intervals until all chocolate has melted.
  2. Add embē Coconut Milk Powder and salt to bowl. Stir until fully incorporated. 
  3. Pour mixture into freezer-safe mold.
  4. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
  5. Once set, remove from mold and enjoy!
